1.1.  The terms contained in this document (Promotion Rules) apply to the Hawaiian Getaway Promotion (defined below and referred to as Promotion). By choosing to participate in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Promotion  Rules, which include and are inseparably linked to the Luckyland Slots Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gameplay Policy, and other Game or Promotion  specific terms relevant to your participation (collectively, the Official Rules). You acknowledge that the Official Rules constitute the entire understanding between you (also referred to as “Player”) and VGW Group (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) with respect to your participation in the Promotion.

1.2.  Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Promotion Rules have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.

1.3.  The Promotion will run between 00:00 on 27 June 2022, and 23:55 on 1 July 2022, Pacific Time (Promotion Period).

1.4. The Promotion applies to the spins that a Player participates in through Promotional Play using Sweeps Coins during the Promotion Period.

1.5. A Player is only eligible for this Promotion if they:

(a.) are a resident of the continental United States and Hawaii (excluding the States of Washington and Idaho) or Canada (excluding Quebec) who has reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory at the time of entry; and

(b.) are not an employee of the VGW Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the Promotion Parties), or a member of their immediate family or persons living in the same household; and

(c.) have an active and verified Luckyland Slots account.


2.1.  An eligible Player who logs in to their account and makes one (1) spin in Promotional Play during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw for the Promotion prize as set out below in paragraph 3.

2.2.  Each Player is only eligible for a maximum of one (1) entry into the Promotion per day, Pacific Time, of the Promotion Period.

2.3. The maximum number of entries a Player can receive for this Promotion is five (5) entries, if the Player enters every day of the Promotion Period. 


3.1.  Prize: There will be one (1) prize winner who will be eligible to receive one (1) of the following prize options:

(a.) the Holiday Prize; or 

(b.) the Cash Prize.

3.2.  Holiday Prize

(a.) The Holiday Prize consists of one trip for two people to Hawaii with an approximate retail value of US$10,000 (Holiday Prize).

(b.) The Holiday Prize includes accommodation for 4 nights, round trip flights from the winner’s home city, and options including rental vehicle hire and water-based activities. 

(c.) The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same city and are responsible for transport to the departing airport.

(d.) If the winner resides in Hawaii then the flight component of the Holiday Prize will not be included and the winner and their travelling companion will be responsible for making their way to and from the hotel.

(e.) The Holiday Prize excludes insurance. All ancillary and other incidental costs associated with accessing the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

(f.) The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Holiday Prize.

(g.) By entering the Promotion, and by collecting the Holiday Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that travel and any other activities comprising the Holiday Prize are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.

(h.) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR LOSS ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOLIDAY PRIZE. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights, and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

(i.)  The Holiday Prize must be booked by 5 July 2023 unless otherwise stated by us in writing. In the event the winner does not book the prize by the date stated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and the Cash Prize will not be awarded in lieu of the Holiday Prize.

(j.)  The winner must provide at least sixty (60) days notice prior to booking the Holiday Prize. 

(k.) The Holiday Prize is not available for dates between 21-27 November 2022 inclusive, and 19 December-2 January 2023 inclusive.  

(l.) Any images depicted in any promotional material are for illustration purposes only. 

 3.3 Cash Prize:

(a.) The winner may choose to receive a cash prize of US$10,000 (Cash Prize) instead of the Holiday Prize.

(b.) If we determine that we cannot provide the Holiday Prize to the winner, for any reason, including without limitation due to a force majeure event, legal restrictions, or prize supplier cancellations or delays, we reserve the right to remove the option of the Holiday Prize and only make available the Cash Prize to the winner. 

(c.) No additional prizes or compensation of any kind will be provided if the Cash Prize is awarded.

3.4.  Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

3.5.  Except as explicitly stated: 

(a.) prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, or other prizes. 

(b.) the winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and costs associated with prize redemption, ownership and/or use. 


4.1.  Random draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize redemption. The winner will be drawn from eligible entries on 5 July 2022. 

4.2.  If, within 15 days of notification that they are a winner, the customer does not:

(a.) comply with verification requirements

(b.) provide written confirmation acknowledging receipt of the electronic notification and nominating whether they wish to receive the Cash Prize or the Holiday Prize; and

(c.) sign and return any required release form

they may be disqualified. In case of disqualification, a new name will be drawn to establish a winner.

4.3.  The potential winner will be notified electronically by their last known email or phone  number.

4.4.  Prior to receiving their prize, the potential winner may be:

(a.) required to provide a valid photo ID; 

(b.) required to sign a release confirming their compliance with the Official Rules; and

(c.) asked to sign a release form:

i. releasing us from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion;

ii. consenting to the use of their name and photograph and general location, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by us and/or our advertising agencies.

4.5.  Entry using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices is strictly prohibited and will be considered an attempt to circumvent the rules. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted is strictly prohibited and all entries of this nature will be void and result in Player disqualification.


5.1.  We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion and without providing any reasons, to amend the Campaign Rules or to otherwise cancel, suspend or modify the Campaign in any manner we deem appropriate at any time and without prior notice. Players will have no legal recourse against us or our affiliates for any such change, suspension, or termination.

5.2. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to:

(a.) exclude any Player from the Campaign without providing any reasons, and

(b.) disqualify any Player from the Campaign if we believe they have:

i. tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation
of the Campaign;

ii. otherwise violated the Official Rules; or

iii. acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

5.3. You may voluntarily exclude yourself from our Games or Platforms at any time in accordance with our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy.



In the case of any dispute relating to your participation in the Campaign, any component of the Campaign and/or these Campaign Rules, the final decision will rest with us, and any decision we make will be final and binding and not subject to review or appeal by you or any third party. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Campaign Rules make no provision or are unclear, we reserve the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue at our sole discretion and such decision will be final and binding.



If there is any inconsistency between:

(a.) these Campaign Rules and any of the other Official Rules; or

(b.) these Campaign Rules and anything else on our Platforms or in any of our communications with you that refer to the Campaign,

these Campaign Rules will prevail to the extent of inconsistency.



8.1. You may not assign or transfer any or all of your rights or obligations under the Campaign and/or the Campaign Rules.

8.2. Failure by us to enforce a right under the Campaign Rules does not result in waiver of such right.

8.3. If any part of the Campaign Rules is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of the Campaign Rules shall be unaffected and will remain in force.

8.4. Limitation of liability: By entering this Campaign, Players waive all right to, and hold us harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We will not be responsible for:

(a.) a Player’s failure to receive prize notices due to Player’s spam, junk e-mail, filters, or other security settings or for Player’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information;

(b.) technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Campaign; or

(c.) any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Campaign, or announcement of the Prize.

8.5. Choice of Law and Forum: The player agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Campaign and the Campaign Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. The player further agrees that any disputes arising under these Campaign Rules will be resolved in accordance with paragraph 22 of the Luckyland Slots Terms of Service.
