The Bank document must be of a non-business account you are listed as owner of, include the bank name or logo, be dated within the last 6 months, and show all four corners of the document.

- For joint bank accounts, include an ID for each listed account owner.

- If there is no address on the document, please include an additional Proof of Address document, such as Utility Bill, Mortgage, or Credit Card statement.

- If the address on the document does not match that of your ID, include an explanation for this in the email with your documents.

- It’s acceptable to black out the balance or individual transactions to maintain privacy on your bank document, but it must be otherwise unaltered and fully visible.
