Now and then, our all star customer support team experiences surges in ticket volume (we're talking, thousands of emails!). When this happens, there may be some small delays.
Having said that, please don't spam support with multiple requests for the same issue. What this does is bog down the system, making response times even slower.
If there is a major problem (for instance, on the rare occasion the game is down or you can't make purchases), check our Facebook page for updates regularly.
We promise you, your voice matters and we're eager to keep all of our players happy! :)

I decided to redeem 150.00 after they were not happy with the copies I emailed to them, (they wanted them in color), I decided to cancel my request for a pay out and take the 150.00 back to play on. I have not been able to get this back. I keep getting this stuff like out staff is very busy we will get back with you soon. They didn't have a problem taking my money away. So why is it so hard to return it..
