If you would like to change your banking information, simply click on the "REDEEM Button".
You will then see the Bank Account Information window where you can see your current registered bank account details and you will need to click the "Update Bank Info" Button to input your new details.
NOTE: You will only see this window if you have enough redeemable SC amount to redeem. If you do not have enough redeemable SC amount and you have a pending redemption request, you may cancel your redemption request first and then change your bank information. You may follow this link to know how to cancel your redemption request.
Input your updated information and you are good to go!
NOTE: When you submit your new bank details. This will cancel all pending redemption requests to ensure that all redemption requests are processed to the correct account.
You will receive an email request for verification documents in the form of a photo ID and bank statement attachments, even if your account was verified with the previous bank account. We do this in alignment with our Terms and Conditions to ensure that the bank account is controlled by the LuckyLand Slots account owner and as a critical step in complying with our Know Your Customer procedure. This also helps ensure that the prizes you redeem will reach you successfully.
