There are a few reasons why this can occur, so please review the possibilities below and don’t hesitate to into customer support if you are still having trouble-we’re always here to help, :).
Possible reasons you haven’t received the SMS are:
-You entered a phone number that is a landline or a phone that can not receive texts. Whoops! You’ll need to choose the “voice call” option instead. You will receive a call where you can listen to your code.
-You entered a phone number that is from a Voice Over IP service/website. We only accept phone numbers from standard consumer phone service carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). -
-You are using a phone number that is already associated with another LuckyLand Slots account. Only one phone number per account! :)
-Your phone has a block on receiving SMS texts-you’ll have to contact your provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc).
-Perhaps you put in your number incorrectly! Don’t worry, it happens! Just try to switch to play with $weeps Cash™ again in-game and you can re-enter your phone number. You can try 3 times, and then there's a cool down period of (15 seconds to 5 minutes).
