Holdings Limited and Group Subsidiary Companies (“VGW”) collects, uses, maintains and
discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the

1.2.4. Your image. We ask you to provide your image to assist in verifying your identity by determining whether the photo you provide matches the photo in your identification document. Facial recognition technology collects information from your image capture, including biometric data, and shares this information with us. Which assists us to verify your ID. Biometric data is stored for the period required to fulfil our legal obligations.
1.3. Also, Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, mailing address, credit card information, social security number, payment information, and identification documents, in order to comply with our legal obligation when operating online payments.
1.4. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
1.5. You warrant any contact information provided, including, (but not limited to), your e-mail address and mobile phone number are true and accurate. You further warrant that you are the telephone subscriber and/or that you own any telephone numbers that you provide to Luckyland. You acknowledge that by voluntarily providing your telephone numbers to Luckyland, you expressly agree to be contacted on the telephone numbers you provide. You consent to receive e-mails, pre-recorded voice messages and/or auto-dialed calls (including text messages) by or on behalf of Luckyland relating to:
(b) any transaction with Luckyland related to your account; and
(c) promotions from Luckyland.
1.6. The above communications may be made by or on behalf of Luckyland, even if your phone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. You acknowledge that you may incur a charge for these texts or calls by your telephone carrier and that Luckyland will not be responsible for these charges.
